The Mayor and City Council have been invited to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the new playground at Primrose Park, on Tues., Oct. 1st, beginning at 11:45 AM. Primrose Park is located at 1200 Reece Drive, Billings, Montana. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City-related business decisions shall be made.
