The Mayor and Council have been invited to attend Picnics in the Park - Coulson Park Master Plan. The picnics are being hosted by the Billings Parks, Recreation and Public Lands Department and will be held on July 25th, July 26th and August 1st from Noon to 1:00 PM. Lunch will be provided by the Big Sky Economic Development Authority and the consultant on this project. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City business decisions will be made.
