The Mayor and Council have been invited to a luncheon sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Department on Friday, June 7th, 11:30 am to 1:00 pm, at the Parks and Recreation Office, 390 N. 23rd Street, Conference Rooms 1 and 2, Billings, Montana. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss ideas for the Coulson Park Master Plan. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no business decisions will be made.
