The Mayor and Council have been invited to attend the Better Off in Billings Event, sponsored by the Big Sky Economic Development. The event will be held on April 25th, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Pub Station 2502 First Ave. N., Billings, Montana. Ethan Kent, Senior Vice President for Project for Public Spaces, the premiere international organization for Placemaking, is the Keynote Speaker. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City business decisions will be made.
