The Mayor and Council have been invited to a BBQ lunch to celebrate Crime Victims' Rights Week on the Yellowstone County Courthouse Lawn, 217 N. 27th Street, Billings, MT, on April 12th, 11 AM to 1:30 PM. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City business decisions will be made.
