The Mayor and City Council have been invited to attend Rocky Mountain College - Ryniker-Morrison Gallery's Opening Reception, on April 11th, from 4:00 - 6:00 pm, in Tech Hall, for "The Senior Show". This will highlight a collection of works by the graduating seniors. In the event a quorum of the Council are present, no City business decisions will be made.
