Meadowlark Elementary PTA invited Council to attend the Digital Families Community Event on April 15th, at 5:30 pm, at Meadowlark Elementary School, 221 29th St. W., Billings, MT. In the event a quorum of the Council is in attendance, no City business decisions will be made.
