The Downtown Exchange Club of Billings has invited the Mayor and Council to the 61st Annual Heroes Luncheon on April 16th, Noon, at the DoubleTree Hotel, 27 N. 27th Street, Billings, MT. The annual event honors the "Officers of the Year" from the Montana Highway Patrol, Billings Police Department, Yellowstone County Sheriff's Department and Billings Fire Department. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City business decisions will be made.
