The Mayor and Council have been invited to attend the Adjacent Neighborhood Committee Meeting - March 21, 2019, 4:30-5:30 PM, 1st Floor Conference Room, Miller Building, 2825 3rd Ave. N., Billings, Montana. In the event a quorum of the Council is present at the meeting, no City business decisions will be made.
