The Mayor and City Council have been invited to a OBSD Dinner on Jan. 29th, 6 PM - 9 PM, at the Delta Hotel Helena Colonial, 2301 Colonial Drive, Helena, Montana. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City business decisions will be made.
