The Mayor and City Council have been invited to attend a South Billings Recreation Center Public Forum, Tuesday, December 18th, at 6 PM, at Montana Convention Center, 5500 Midland Rd. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City business decisions will be made at or during the forum.
