The Mayor and Council will recognize volunteers to various Boards and Commissions at an Appreciation Dinner on Thursday, October 25, 2018, at the Billings Community Center, 360 N. 23rd Street, Billings, Montana. A quorum of the Council is expected to attend, however, no business decisions will be made during the event.
