The Mayor and City Council have been invited to attend the 243rd Navy Birthday Ball at the Big Horn Resort, October 13th, 5:00 PM to Midnight. The event will feature music by Sailor Jerri. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City-related business decisions will be made.
