The Parks, Recreation and Public Lands Department has invited the Mayor and Councilmembers to participate in the Arbor Day Celebration set for May 3rd, 2018, at Optimist Park. Events will begin at 7:45 a.m. and conclude at 1:00 p.m. In the event a quorum of Councilmembers is present during the celebration, no business decisions will be made.
