EEC has invited the Mayor and City Council to an Open House of "Stillwater" Building's newly renovated 4th floor office suite, at 316 N. 26th St. on either April 4th or April 11th from 1-3 pm. The final date will be announced immediately after determination of date certain. In the event of a quorum of the Council, no business decisions will be made.
