Councilmember Ryan Sullivan of Ward IV announced his resignation to be effective January 16th. Anyone interested in filling the City Council vacancy in Ward IV, is invited to provide a letter of interest, resume, and any supporting documentation of qualifications to serve on the City Council. The successful candidate must be a resident of Ward IV and a qualified voter of the City of Billings.
