The Mayor and Councilmembers have been invited to attend the Big Brothers, Big Sisters Fall Carnival, October 19, 2017, from 5 PM to 7 PM, at the First Interstate Bank Operations Center, 1800 6th Avenue North, Billings, Montana. In the event a quorum of the Council is in attendance, no City business decisions will be discussed or made.
