The Mayor and Councilmembers have been invited to attend a Board and Commission Ethics Training on October 18, 2017, at 4 pm - 6 pm, at the Billings Community Center, 360 N. 23rd Street, Billings, Montana. In the event a quorum of Council is in attendance, no City-related business decisions will be made.
