The Mayor and Councilmembers have been invited to attend a reception and panel discussion about The High Stakes of Macedonia's Colorful Revolution at the Northcutt Steele Gallery on Thursday, September 21, 5-9 PM. In the event a quorum of Councilmembers is in attendance, no City business decisions will be made.
