The Mayor and Councilmembers received an invitation to attend an Artists' Reception of the MSUB Department of Art's Faculty Exhibition on Thursday, February 9 from 5 PM to 7 PM at Northcutt Steele Gallery. In the event a quorum of Councilmembers is present, there is no agenda and no business decisions will be made concerning the City.
