The Mayor and City Councilmembers have been invited to tour the new Home 2 Suites by Hilton Hotel located on N. 27th Street, Billings, MT, at 11:00 AM on February 1, 2017. In the event that a quorum of Councilmembers attends, no business decisions will be made. The Council will, however, hear testimony on a tax abatement application for this business during a public hearing scheduled at the regular business meeting on February 13, 2017, at 6:30 PM, in Council Chambers, City Hall, 2nd Floor, 220 N. 27th Street, Billings, Montana. Any information Councilmembers receive during the tour may be considered ex parte communication and will be presented at the February 13, 2017 regular business meeting.
