The Mayor and City Councilmembers have been invited to an Invitation-Only Legislative Reception, December 1st from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Northern Hotel, hosted by The Billings Chamber. In the event of a quorum, there will be no agenda and no City-business decisions will be made at this event.
