The Mayor and City Councilmembers have been invited to attend the Billings Parks, Recreation and Public Lands Department Volunteer Appreciation Dinner on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 6:00 PM, at the Billings Depot, 2310 Montana Avenue. Should a quorum of Councilmembers be present, there is no agenda and no business decisions will be made.
