The Billings City Council will meet in a Closed Executive Session at 3:00 PM on Thursday, October 13, 2016, in the City Hall Conference Room, 210 N. 27th Street, Billings, Montana, to continue the review of employment contract for City Administrator, Christina Volek. The session will be closed at Ms. Volek's request.
