The Mayor and City Council have been invited to an Artist Exhibition Reception and Gallery Talk featuring Artist, Nishiki Sugawara-Beda. The reception is Thursday, September 29th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, on the 1st Floor of the Liberal Arts Building, Northcutt Steele Gallery, MSUB Campus and is open to the public. The public is advised that there may be a quorum of Councilmembers in attendance, however, there is no agenda and no decisions concerning City issues will be made.
