The 2016 Billings Citizen Survey reports are available on the City’s website. There are seven (7) volumes; each one with a different focus. This the third time the City has participated in the National Citizen Survey, conducted by the National Research Center of Boulder, CO. Results from the prior surveys are also on the website and some of the 2016 reports compare this year’s responses with ones obtained in prior years. The City Council may use the survey results in several ways, including helping with strategic planning, setting legislative priorities and to establish Community Conversation topics.
