How to File a Complaint
To file a complaint, fill out a residential and commercial property complaint form, or call our office at (406) 237-6146 Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. Please leave a detailed message with specific address and complaint/concern.
Do not use this form to report a junk vehicle on the street. Please call Crime Prevention Center at (406) 247-8590.
Do not use this form to report Noise concerns. Please call Billings Police Department at (406) 657-8200.
Do not use this form to contest a Parking Ticket.
HOW TO PAY/APPEAL A PARKING TICKET
Below are options on how to pay a city issued parking ticket:
Paying by mail - Please mail your parking ticket with either a check or a money order to the following address:

Paying by cash - Please go to the City Finance office, located at 316 N 26th St. Please bring either your parking ticket or license plate number with you.
Credit Card - call Parking Division (American Express is not accepted)
