Helmets come in many different sizes and shapes and choosing the right one for you is extremely important. In Billings it is a law that all persons under the age of 16 must wear a helmet. You can follow the "2-V-1" rule to ensure your helmet fits properly. |

Your helmet should sit level on your head with room for two fingers to fit between the helmet and your eyebrows | Adjust the side straps so they form a "V" shape around your ears |
The chin strap should be tight with enough room for one finger to fit between the strap and your chin |
