The Building Division requires online submissions for building permits requiring plan review.
Use the link below to access the GoPost portal to begin submitting permits online (plan review permits only). For more information on the GoPost system and what you can expect using it, please review the Introduction to GoPost tutorial.

*Notice: The permitting portal will be unavailable from Friday, 2/27/26 at noon until Monday, 3/2/26 at 9am. A new link will be posted at that time to the new software portal. Any projects submitted before the cutoff time will be automatically put into the new program and will be accessed through the new public portal.
