Overview

The purpose of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee is to advise the City Council, Mayor, the County Commissioners, Planning Board, and all departments and boards of the City and County with regard to non-motorized transportation matters.

Member Openings

There are currently two open seats for BPAC. These seats are available to a Yellowstone County resident who lives outside of Billings City limits only. Applications will be accepted until March 13, 2025 or until filled. To apply, please use this application or view the opening notice here
