This Homeword project was completed in 2004 and the City invested over $140,000 in to support the development of 19 affordable rental units. The Acme is a historic hotel that offers downtown living in Billings. The Farmers Market fills the street on Saturday mornings in the summer.

This HomeFront project was created in conjunction with the St. Vincent Foundation to provide affordable housing. The City contributed $242,000 to the project. These two-bedroom units have washers, dryers and dishwashers. One fully-accessible unit is also available at this site. Public transportation is accessible at this location.

A project for elderly tenants located in the Billings Heights area, owned and managed by Volunteers of America. This fully accessible, three-story building contains 84 unfurnished, one-bedroom apartments with full-sized kitchen appliances.

This 20-unit new construction rental project is located near South Park, close to downtown Billings. A total of $500,000 was awarded to Homeword and construction was completed in July 2009. Homeword facilitated a series of design charrettes to develop architectural concepts congruent with the neighborhood's historic qualities.
