Victoria Hill became public information officer for the City of Billings in February 2022.
With a background and education in journalism, serving as the city’s first-ever PIO was a natural transition for Victoria.
She’s proud to call Billings home and is honored to serve her neighbors, friends, and everyone in the Billings community.
