Lora is responsible for all transportation planning issues as required by state and federal policies. She is responsible for the update and implementation of the transportation plan and other documents such as the Transportation Implementation Program (TIP), Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) and the Billings Urbanized Area Bike-Pedestrian Plan.
