I have completed my commercial building, but I am not sure I will finish the landscaping before winter starts. Will I be eligible for a Certificate of Occupancy?
Before a certificate of occupancy is issued the commercial building must have the landscaping complete or a bond for 150% of the remaining landscaping construction must be received by the Commercial Code Enforcement Officer.
