Billings Public Library is excited to announce that September is Library Card Sign-Up Month, a nationwide initiative to spotlight the benefits that library cards bring directly to community members. In celebration, we're rolling out special incentives exclusively for new cardholders and showcasing exciting new additions to our digital portfolio, including complimentary access to The New York Times and the multimedia platform Hoopla!

Start Your Library Journey with a Fully-Loaded Tote Bag

Each new library cardholder will receive a free, exclusive Billings Public Library tote bag. But it’s not just any bag—it's filled with vital library information, schedules for upcoming events, and helpful tips to kickstart your journey into the world of knowledge, culture, and entertainment.

Win a Kindle Fire and More

In addition to receiving a free tote bag, new cardholders will automatically be entered to win one of five Kindle Fires. Snap a photo with our giant library card and tag us on social media for a chance to win an additional prize!
