2020 Coronavirus Survey

Coronavirus Surveys 

The City of Billings recently concluded two surveys designed to gather feedback from community members and social service agencies in Billings regarding how they have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Coronavirus Community Member Survey resulted in 3,512 responses and the Service Provider Survey resulted in 26 responses. Following a 30-day public comment period, the final report was published.

Coronavirus Response Initiative Project - Community Assessment Report and Appendices

AmeriCorps members Amber Nichols and Blake Matthews reviewed and analyzed survey responses. Data collected through both surveys suggest low-income Billings residents may be experiencing gaps in services or a lack of basic needs regarding employment, housing, food security, and mental health.
