Analysis of Impediments

Every five years, the Community Development Division facilitated studies to analyze the impediments or barriers that affect fair housing choice in our community. The most recent study was completed in 2013 by Planning / Communications. Previous studies were completed in 2007, 2002, 1996, and 1991.
